The suspended solids (sludge concentration) analyzer is based on infrared scattering light technology, that is, when the incident infrared light from the source passes through the measured sample during transmission, it will undergo scattering. The intensity of this scattered light and the suspended solids concentration are in a proportional relationship. The suspended solids (sludge concentration) sensor has set up a scatter light receiver at 140° direction to analyze the strength of this group of scattered lights to obtain the value of suspended solids concentration.

This product is widely used for online monitoring of sludge concentration in various processes at sewage treatment plants; and suspended solids (sludge concentration) online monitoring in various stages such as water use, wastewater treatment process, etc. in industrial production processes.
