    Principle

    The impeller rotates under fluid dynamic forces, with its rotational speed being linearly proportional to the pipeline's average flow velocity. This rotation periodically alters the magnetic reluctance of the magneto-electric transducer. Consequently, the magnetic flux within the detection coil undergoes cyclical variations, generating a periodic induced electromotive force (electrical pulse signal). This signal is processed by the instrument's embedded software to derive both instantaneous flow velocity and cumulative flow volume.

    - Excellent repeatability in measurements, short-term repeatability can reach (0.05–0.2)%, maintaining consistent accuracy with regular calibration;  

    - Output pulse frequency signal, strong anti-interference capability, no zero drift;  

    - Capable of generating high-frequency signals up to (3–4) kHz, providing strong signal resolution;  

    - Wide measurement range, with a turndown ratio of up to 1:20 for medium and large diameters, and 1:10 for small diameters;  

    - Compact and lightweight structure, easy installation and maintenance, with high flow capacity;  

    - Suitable for high-pressure measurement, no need to drill holes on the meter body, making it easy to produce high-pressure type instruments;  

    - A wide range of specialized sensor types available, including low-temperature, bidirectional, downhole, and sand-mixing dedicated types;  

    - Can be customized according to special user requirements into various specialized sensors;  

    - Insertion-type versions can be manufactured for large-diameter applications, offering low pressure loss, lower cost, and the ability to remove for maintenance without interrupting flow, making installation and maintenance convenient.
