The FLECKER 3900 series dual-piston industrial control valve is particularly suitable for large dual-tank systems, configured for one-in-use and one-standby operation or simultaneous operation with alternating regeneration. It can be paired with a softening tank with a diameter of 1600 mm, providing a continuous water output (with a pressure drop of 0.1 MPa) of 56.81 m³/h. The external pipe diameter is generally 3 inches. The FLECKER 3900 control valve is designed for dual-tank systems with horizontally arranged pistons, featuring two pistons—one controlling the regeneration process and the other managing the switching of inlet and outlet water. The valve body is made of lead-free brass. It can be configured for dual-tank or multi-tank systems without requiring additional valves. It is suitable for boiler water softeners and other large industrial water softeners.
