Troubleshooting Common Issues with FLECKER Control Valves

The FLECKER control valve is the core control component of water softening equipment. If it malfunctions, it will inevitably affect the water quality of the entire system. Therefore, any issues with the FLECKER control valve should be addressed promptly. Below are some common problems and their solutions:  

 1. FLECKER Control Valve Not Working  

- Power Supply Issues: Check the circuit to ensure it is intact.  

- Timer Malfunction: Re-adjust or reset the timer.  

- Water Filter Clogged: Clean the inlet water filter immediately.  

- Lift Pipe Detached from Valve Body: Reinstall the lift pipe properly.  

 2. Reduced Water Pressure in FLECKER Control Valve  

- Scale Build-Up in Distributor Tubing: Clean the affected section of the tubing.  

- Distributor Corrosion: Clean the control valve thoroughly.  

- Foreign Objects in Control Valve Piping: Remove any obstructions in the piping.  

 3. FLECKER Softening Control Valve Continuously Cycling or Not Drawing Salt  

- Clogged Drain Control Valve: Remove any blockages in the drain control valve immediately.  

- Clogged Brine Injector: Clean the brine injector to remove any blockages.  

- Clogged Inlet Filter Screen: Clean the inlet filter screen promptly.  

 4. FLECKER Softening Control Valve Continuously Cycling Due to Adjustment Errors  

- Cause: Incorrect adjustments may lead to short circuits or open circuits in the switch.  

- Solution: If the valve is damaged, replace it. Alternatively, try restarting the system once.
