Setting the Flow Rate for the FLECKER 2850 Control Valve

1. Calculate the periodic water production capacity based on the exchange capacity of the resin filled in the resin tank. Subtract the necessary reserve amount, and the resulting value is the set flow rate.

2. Pull out the flow dial and rotate it to align the set flow rate number with the white dot on the flow dial.

3. Release the flow dial, ensuring that the gears mesh properly.

Note for 2850 Control Valve: After initial installation of the flow meter, the following checks should be performed:

1. Rotate the manual regeneration valve to run through the program once.

2. Turn the program wheel or center wheel clockwise to align the set flow rate number with the small white dot.

3. The set flow rate can be changed at any time.

Setting the Time for the FLECKER 2850 Control Valve
